¿Cómo puedo modificar el nombre que aparece al cliente en la respuesta cuando contesto desde Jira?

Hola, estoy empezando un proyecto de asistencia en Jira, y cuando respondo a un cliente desde mi usuario sale como "Belén Pérez respondió: (...)", lo mismo pasa si responde otro compañero.

Mi pregunta es si para que salga un nombre comercial, por ejemplo "Equipo X" debo logarme con un usuario y asignarle ese nombre o puedo configurar eso en algún sitio dentro de la configuración del proyecto. 

La idea es que quede lo más parecido a como lo teníamos en Outlook, con la misma firma para todos.

Hi @Belén Tarruella 

This is expected behaviour.

You are logged on to the application as JSM agent and you are the responder to the issue.

This is the way all ITSM related applications work ootb.

You could create a general user that all agents log on with and then that is the responder, but this is bad practice.

It also helps you internally, to see how many issues a single user is working on and the responses this user has given, instead of having a global user making all the comments.

What if the solution provided is not company standard or even a good solution, who has made this decision.

I can add more examples.

But an ITSM application is not outlook. A tool has a purpose of usage, the same as an ITSM application is not fitted for mail handling at scale in a company
