Alguien sabe como puedo activar las subtareas en jira service desk, ya que la única forma que me deja crearlas es linkeandolas como otro tipo de tarea.
Necesitaría que la misma esté relacionada como subtarea y no me aparece la opción.
Influye en algo que las mismas tengan el mismo flujo que los otros tipos de tareas?
Hola @cynthia_zengin bienvenida a la comunidad. Para hacerlo debes tener un issue type del tipo subtarea en el esquema de incidencias (issue type scheme) del proyecto. El flujo de trabajo no influye sobre esto
