We were having an old project with an old project type of JIRA running, so we set up a new JIRA service desk for our customer. We've decided to bulk migrate all tickets of the old project to the new service desk. But now the customer can't view the tickets anymore.
Why is that?
We have checked the reporter field and customer (they are in an organization), both are filled in correctly and set up properly. I've added myself to the customer organization, and can't view the tickets in the customer portal as well. Does anybody know how to fix this problem?
