We have multiple customers in the same project who might have up to 100 Tickets in the project open at the same time.
Now we might change the status of 20 of those open tickets at the same time.
If I've understood the bulk E-Mails correctly, this would lead to 20 mails telling the customer that all of these points have had a statuschange.
Now is there a possibility to collect all this information in one e-mail? If you want a bulk-bulk-e-mail?
The batching emails options will help cut down on the number of emails but it does so by grouping communications for a single issue.
