Hello,

Since few days, We can't access in our administration panel. The portal say: "You need permission", "Ask a permission". However, I'm the administrator and I can't access in my interface to config my users... Is it normal? Best regards.

Hi @SUPPORT TECHNIQUE Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There are different levels of permissions in Jira. To manage the users, you need to have Site admin access. Can you confirm that you can see "user management" in the administration settings (screenshot below)?
