Bug? I am unable to add any free apps to my Jira Cloud instance.

Hello, 

when i try to add any app to my free jira cloud instance, i get an error: 

We ran into a little trouble

It might just be a hiccup. Try again in a bit.
Try again

I believe this may be due to the restore function being run on this Jira page earlier this week. Prior to then, I was able to install apps perfectly fine. 

Can anyone assist with this?

On side note what @Dirk Ronsmans suggested, I'm not facing any issue on my free developer cloud account.

Can you please try it again.

Hi @Marc Ientilucci ,

if there is no obvious reason for it it will be best to contact Atlassian support directly.

This does happen from time to time but if it keeps on happening something must be wrong what we cannot see.

They should be able to audit your environment and validate what exactly is going on behind the screens.

Sadly the error message is very cryptic and you don't really have a proper error log somewhere.

http://support.atlassian.com  will be your best bet!
