Is it possible to brand portals based on the Partner (client) accessing it?
Alternatively, can more than one portal be created per project?
We would like to be able to offer certain Partners their own personal experience when they log into our Service Desk Portal. This may mean the options available differ from the norm and more than likely, the portal would carry their own logo.
At the basic level, we would want to restrict the ability to create new tickets via the portal and ONLY offer the ability to view cases raised (by them or their colleagues).
Only certain Partners should be able to view the portal (i presume the easiest way to restrict this would be to withold the url). Those with the url could view cases but NOT raise cases.
Then you would have the VIP Partners who CAN raise cases under certain categories.
Any thoughts/suggestions welcome.
Thanks
Hi @Rus Yates-Aylott welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You cannot create more than 1 portal per service project. With third-party apps like Refined you can do some branding per service project.
Depending on the number of partners you have, you might consider providing them with a separate service project and hence a separate portal.
Hi @Rus Yates-Aylott !
As @Dave Mathijs mentioned you can use Refined to brand service management projects - and on cloud, you can create multiple Refined sites (each with it's own branding and custom domain) and add the same JSM project to these Refined sites.
Feel free to reach out to our support if you'd like to learn more and I'll send over some resources to guide you on your way.
Best regards, Raj Sehmi (Refined)
