Hello Atlassian Community,
We have been using Desk which is being deprecated and are switching over to Jira Service Desk. So far my team is really liking the product.
I am running into an issue on transition from Desk to Jira that I hope you can help me out with.
The company I work for wears many hats and right now we have Hat A is setup and running very well for us, receiving requests/issues and able to resolve them in a very timely manor.
Hat B and C on the other hand are giving me issues and I have not been able to come up with a good solution. Hat B and C need to have different Branding on each and instead of receiving requests and Issues I need to be able to send them to our vendors.
