I created a Service project for my team and the board feature has been created but none of my team members can see the board or have excess to it - they do have access to the project and can see the issues created.
Also, they don't have many of the features I have.
How can I share the board with my team?

Go to your JSM project, in left navigation bar select boards. On top, you can see the share icon.

One more thing, toggle off and toggle back on the Board feature and try again.
If despite all of the steps mentioned from above the board is still not working - I have tested this within the company and team managed service projects both (in the Incognito mode and both are working), then the last step is to raise a ticket for Atlassian.
Also, to be clear the affected users are you and your team, correct?

And Yes, but the person who opened the project (not me) has the board feature, only the other team members and me dont have it.

A Jira Administrator or an Organization Administrator can open a support case with Atlassian at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

This thread is a little old, but if it helps anyone please check the filter permissions on the board. If they are not correct, the board UI element will not appear.

May I ask, if this has been solved?
I have the same problem and did the following
- features > board is enabled
- cleared cache/cookies
- logout/login
- still, no board showing in the left menu
I tried to report the issue but will only be redirected to community boards.

Do the users have a User (agent) license for the Jira Service Management product?
Have they been added to the project with the Agent role?
