We often see blank pages on our Jira Service Desk Portal
It is the cloud version
It is behind cloudflare so that we can have a rule to forward our old support URL to this new URL. (However turning off DNS Proxy on cloudflare did not solve the issue)
It usually seems to happen when I'm logged in as an admin (I've not replicated it when logged in as a service desk user or when comming to the site for the first time as a guest).
The network tab suggests these two files are missing
Pressing CTRL-F5 seems to correct the issue temporarily.
However, its then not possible to customise the page.
Anyone know what the issue is - its on cloud rather than a local version
@John Winstanley - is this still happening for you? Both JS files load for me.
Are you being redirected to a blank page when you access your old support URL and Cloudflare sends you to your Cloud portal URL (e.g. https://meowbark.atlassian.net/servicedesk )?

@John Winstanley - If you run into the issue again, try checking https://status.atlassian.com/ - maybe there was an isolated server incident affecting some service desks?

It's been happening to me non-stop since the new chrome update. so many errors! It's crazy frustrating for us and our clients. Any word on what is causing this or ways to fix it? We use the links they give us to share in the Service Desk article organizer.
