Hello all,
So I've got a project that uses a round-robin assignment, however I'm trying to work out how I can reassign a ticket to a user who is off. I've looked at some app's that have holiday features, but the only part of automation it can do would be to put it back in Unassigned. Unfortinatly the unassigned box is not used by team members due to the round robin assignment.
Just wanting the communitys feedback on this, as I'm stuck!
