Ayuda!, Editar contenido de notificaciones

Hola, sabe alguien, como puedo modificar el contenido de las notificaciones?, solo encuentro los esquemas y decidir el evento y destinatario, pero no como editar el contenido, deseo personalizarlo

I can see that your site has Jira Service Management, so I believe you are talking about this product, please, correct me if I'm wrong.

If that's the case, since on Service projects there are Customer and Agent notifications, I will add information about both.

Regarding customer notifications, you can customize it on Project settings > Customer notifications > Edit (Classic project) or Project settings > Notifications > Customer notifications (Next-gen project).

In case you want to add details on all customer notifications, click on "Edit templates".

• Create and edit the content of your customer notifications
• Change the look and feel of customer notifications

Regarding Agent notifications, currently, it's not possible to modify it since it is system notifications. 

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• Add the ability to customize Agent Notifications
