Are you looking for how to create Automation Rules?
If yes, you can create Single Project rules as a Project Admin:
- Go to Project Settings
- From the left hand menu, select Automation
- For the most customisable options, select Automation again (not Legacy Automation)
If you want a Multi-Project or Global rule, you'll need to create this as a Jira Admin:
- Go to Jira Settings (cog icon in top-right) > System
- Select Global Automation from the left-hand menu
