Regarding Automation triggers in Jira Service Management Cloud, is it possible to create a trigger that is based on an export event? We've created some automation to apply some functionality that will only be useful when tickets are exported. Instead of applying the rule essentially for each instance of an issue, we'd like to limit the overhead of effort and isolate the trigger to be based on the export event. We've check the documentation of Automation triggers, but we didn't see any mention of this capability.

When it comes to automation (Automation or Legacy automation), there are no triggers that would work for “Issue exported”.
A workaround for this case would be the Manual trigger, but as the name says, users would have to remember to run the automation manually when they export the issue.
