As my Question states, I have an automation ending with issue transition to 'Canceled' for all linked i.e. prior issues resulting in the most recent issue being left as 'Waiting for Support'. I'd like to reverse this and keep the first (oldest dated) issue (of duplicates) on 'Waiting for Support' and all the other duplicates that follow transitioned to 'Canceled'.
Does anyone know if and how this can be done?
