Automation - status change (linked issue)

I need to update the status of a linked issue that is in a different project. Is there a way to do it without using the global rule?

First, you'll need to add both projects to the scope of your rule (doable on Rule Details):

And to reach the linked issues you can use the Branch rule/related issue as below:

Hi @Cintia Santos and welcome to the community,

As your automation rule is supposed to process in more than 1 project it needs to be configured at least as a „multi project“ rule covering the projects that the rule needs access to.
