Automation rules failing to be shown

Hi all,

I have created a manual automation rule, this will be used to update existing tickets, however the rule fails to be shown in the automation section within the Issue.

 

All I get is a warning triangle stating "We're having trouble connecting to Automation. Try contacting the developer for support."

 

Its odd as on the odd occasion it will show. Is this a known error?
