I'm having an issue with Jira Automation - I have set up a rule for when an issue is commented by a specific user:
When commented by USER
IF: {{comment.body}} contains ___________
I have tried single words as well as phrases and the rule doesn't seem to be picking it up.
The audit says that condition wasn't met so no action was taken.
Does the comment contains string need to be in quotes to pick up the phrase? I must be missing some syntax rule.
I am haveing this same issue, what do you mean by UP?
Invalid JQL: IF: {{comment.body}} contains "require proper identification"
