Automation process for Approval incident ticket

Hello everyone,

I faced with problem during creating automation process for sending mail within approval incident.

I created this automation process(screen in attachment) but i need to sending report to mail only after press "Approve" button incident ticket, not after "Decline" but now when i press "Decline" button the same report also sending to email.
How can i do it in order to when i press "Decline" button report not sending to email.

I would be grateful if someone could help me.

Instead of triggering on the Approval completed (which triggers on both Accept and Decline) I would use the issue transition tigger instead and have it set to the status that your request moves to once the incident has been approved.
