We use Jira Server at my company, so I have no Admin access nor access to Marketplace (I believe there's a Jira app that could help)
I need to continuously export a PDF file from specific issues and save them somewhere, locally or on the cloud... either be it time based or trigger based.
Something that might be relevante is that we also use the Microsoft suite, so we have One Drive, Power Automate, etc - though I tried to do build some things there some time ago and I couldn't access Jira through API/tokens because of access company's politics.
Do you know of any option or alternative, or have any tip? I'm completely lost on how to achieve this.
Thank you all in advance!
@mateus_oliveira I am afraid that not having any "admin" ability, you won't be able to solve this. There is no ready-made end-user feature specifically for this that you could use.
If the demand is growing and you can consider apps, then the Better PDF Automation app does exactly what you look for!

Give this a try eventually.

Hello @mateus_oliveira
As you have limitations for the third party app, you can try Webhook integration where you can send the notification on the particular event (though not in the pdf format).
Also, Filter subscription could also be one of schedule option but again not in the PDF.

Hey, thanks! Unfortunately, it seems that webhooks managing is another feature reserved to admins, but we don't have admin access...

Hello @mateus_oliveira
Yes for setting this you need to be Jira admin. you can take the help of Jira admin of your organization as this is just one time setup. Navigate to the cog icon at the top and System.
