Automatic assignment rule by user schedules

Hello team! I hope you are well,

I am currently working on an issue assignment automation using the following documentation https://www.atlassian.com/agile/tutorials/how-to-automatically-assign-issues-with-jira-software-automation

My question is, is there a way to not assign incidents to a user in a specific schedule?

For example, in the group are the following users

Max
Mike
Willy

Is it possible to add a condition that Max can only be assigned between 08:00 - 18:00?

Welcome to the community. There is no out of the box setup where you can defined not to assign to a agent in a specific user schedule.  As Jira/JSM doesn't manage/store each agent's work schedule.
