My question is, is there a way to not assign incidents to a user in a specific schedule?
For example, in the group are the following users
Is it possible to add a condition that Max can only be assigned between 08:00 - 18:00?
Welcome to the community. There is no out of the box setup where you can defined not to assign to a agent in a specific user schedule. As Jira/JSM doesn't manage/store each agent's work schedule.
