We want to create a service desk for our clients and they will have access to a portal. Please find below the case of our issue:
When a client complete the form in the portal, he can choose (with a component) for which team the form is for as: accountability, operations, finance etc...
In the agent side, the ticket has to be automatically assigned to a person regarding the component choose by the client.
BUT, the person assigned will defer depending on the client (ie: the client.1 works with the agent.finance.1 / the client.2 works with the agent.finance.2 / the client.3 could work with the agent.finance.1)
We know that it's possible with Insight and with post functions, but is there another way?
