Automate the user vs your Organization in the ticket opening portal

Hello, I have users associated with organizations and I would like their organization to be automatically classified when they open tickets?

Dear @Rodrigo Buch 

if I understand you correct, you would like to identify the organization of the reporter. This can be achieved with a little additional configuration using automation rules.

1. Trigger for new Request be created

Can you clarify what you mean by "auto classified" when issues are created?  Please advise, so we can better assist.
