Authorization user to Customer Portal

I have a portal where user is logged, and when he send a issue he must click on icon "HELP". I created a customer account in jira Customer Service Desk with rest api, and open in new card a Jira Customer Portal but the user is no logged and he must clik "Forgot your password", becouse I don't set a password for him. I looking for solution, where I generate for example JWT token by rest api in my portal and redirect costomer with this parameter to Customer Portal by url https://<account>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1?jwt=<client_jwt> and he is logeed, so it's possible in jira cloud?

I don't think Impersonation can work for Customer users for you to do such. Likewise there's no API specific to customer users. Look at it this way, your customer is someone who visits your Portal, why would you want to impersonate them to perform any task?
