I am testing the product using a free-cloud version. I would like to know if is possible that the customer (unlicesed user) can attach files using the portal (after the issue was created).

The functionality should already be there in the portal UI against existing issues that he/she created. User just need to click on the picture image (File when he/she adds new comments to the existing issue (See image below)
