When we try to paste a screen shot or attach a document to a ticket we are getting a message that the screen shot failed to load and given the option to retry or delete. Anyone else having this issue this morning 8/26/2020?

Are you able to open documents that attached by the reporter? We are not and it is really hindering our work.

I wasn't but now it's working for me. I'm able to see old attachments and add new ones.
