Assist has no command /add

Assist integration writes the following:

 Welcome to Assist!

Your Jira Service Management service project is almost ready to use with Slack! To start receiving and working on requests, you need to set up a triage channel and a request channel.

Let's start by creating a triage channel:
 1. Create a new private channel  (we recommend naming it triage-xxx).
 2. Add Assist to the channel (type /add).

Problem here after i created the channel there is no command /add anyone knows about this issue?

Open the triage-xxx channel then click on the integrations tab, and then in the apps section add Assist.
