Is it possible to configure the system, that standard helpdesk users can NOT assign Tickets to other supporters?
Only be able assign tickets from others supporters to the active helpdesk user?
YES, you can achieve this by configure the project permission scheme:
1. Main menu -> Projects -> View all projects, then click on your desired project.
2. On Administration tab, click on Permission
3. Click on top right Action button -> Edit permissions
4. Give Assign Issues permission to supporters and Assignable User permissions to helpdesk. Make sure that heldesk does not belong to any groups / roles that are given Assign Issues permission.
By doing this, Only supporter can assign issue to helpdesk for all issues on the above project.
