Artefact in customer mail template
Hi all
I create 2 service desk project, but one has strange artefact in mail and mail templates
On two screen you see template main request and template about create request
Right - from project with artefact, left - normal project
I click on restore to default, i clear all field - line exitst everytime only in one project
How delete symbols in red square?
