Are you able to set up Services per Service Management Queue?

Katy Watson January 5, 2023

We manage a number of services and want to make use of this function within Jira Cloud Service Management.  but we will need different services per service management queue, so our customers are only able to log support for the correct service?

does anyone know if this is possible or how its done? i cant seem to find any documentation bar the below. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-is-services/

@Katy Watson

The customer portal allows you to organize service requests by specific groups.  The request types can help collect the information needed to resolve the specific request.  https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/categorize-customer-requests-into-request-types/

You can have a single project with many request types organized in groups.  You can also have multiple projects with their own request types and you can lock down projects to specific customers.

This should help you get started.  I would suggest setting up a free Jirs Service Management project and exploring some of the delivered project templates to see how the application works.
