Hi there, I would like to be able to add handphone numbers and other custom contact information(handphone number(string), building name(string), org group(string) etc) to users/profiles that exist in our Jira Service Management. Is that possible?
And on top of adding additional contact fields, are there capabilities to group users together?

as suggested by @Artur Moura, our app User profiles for Jira will indeed let you add profile information to Service Management customers, but the information will not be visible to the customers themselves in the customer portal. This means the customers cannot enter the info on their own, it's only visible to and can be changed by Service Desk agents.
