Hello everybody,

I would like to be able to send a request for approval when transitioning to a certain status to a group defined of 3 people. Any of them should be able to approve the request. I need only one approver and the request to approval should be sent automatically when transitioning to that status.

Can you please give me a hand?

Its powerful and has a lot more flexibility then then built in approval process with JSM.

You can check the Approval Path for Jira app.

It offers a group step, a single user step, an issue field step, an email step, and a webhook step (so you can create automation rules, like changing issue status, when approval is finished).
