HI All,
I am using simple workflow when user open request it first require approval from line manager
the issue when the line manager decline from customer portal resolution screen is not triggered and it is not go through any validation
How can I do the below
1- remove the approval from Customer portal
2- How can I trigger/set resolution screen from Customer portal
BR,
Hi regarding your questions,
> 1- remove the approval from Customer portal
If the user is not an approver they would not see the approve and decline options.
There is no way to hide it from the portal for the user is an approver.
Perhaps you might add more detail on what you mean by "remove"?
> 2- How can I trigger/set resolution screen from Customer portal
Unfortunately, transition screens are not displayed on the portal. So the users can not choose a specific resolution.
Potentially you could create a transition for each specific resolution. See https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/show-a-workflow-transition-in-the-portal/ on how to expose the transitions.
You can control the setting of the resolution using the workflow post function
