I've previously set up approvals which was working fine. The user gets an email with an approve/deny option in the email.
Today, after realising that some issues that require approval are not getting approved, I realise that the email being sent out does NOT have the approve/deny button in it anymore.
This certainly used to have it available but it has now disappeared.
The approver can still visit the issue via the link and approve it in the portal, but we need to have the buttons in the email too.
Has anyone else noticed this or know what the issue could be?
I found the issue, the option to not to show the approval buttons in the email had been selected in the notifications config.
