Hello, I have an issue with Service Desk in my JIRA Server.
Any JQL with "Time to resolution" causes 403 response which in turn manifests differently on different pages.
All Service desk queues similarly fail by showing a spinning wheel icon because the JQL contains Time to resolution.
If I extract the https call that was used and fails with a 403. I can remove the Time to resolution fileds from the query and data is returned.
I can also replace the Time to resolution with the customfield id and it too returns data rather than 403.
I can't find anything in the logs that looks like it relates to this error.
Can anyone advise?
