Any Experience With Marketplace App REFINED ?

This app looks like it gives a way to customize the JSM Request Center.   There are quite a few installs, but not a lot of reviews.

@Gail Boozer We have been using it for years because of some requirements we had when we initially launched our Service Desk.  If are looking for extended customization of Jira or Jira service management this tool provides additional functionality.  Do you have any specific questions about the App?  I would suggest installing it and using it during the trial period to see if it meets your needs.  Using it is the best way to really understand all it has to offer.

WONDERFUL!   I was curious as to how much you could customize.   We would like the main request center to be customizable like a few cards/blocks i.e. Get Help/Support, Submit Work Requests, .... versus every portal have its own card that people don't want to standardize.    

I looked at the Refined documentation, and it looked similar to a portal tool I used at my last job.   That one had a little HTML or simple JSS but nothing you had to be an engineer to do.
