Anexos adicionado interno não aparece para o cliente

Estou com um problema que quando abro um chamado adicino um anexo no chamado o cliente final não consegue visualizar o anexo aparece nada pro mesmo somente texto ou seja tudo do chamado menos o anexo que insiro.

 

Qual procedimento configuro para habilitar que o cliente final visualize o anexo?

Isso jira service M. Sim tem opção e anexo o documento normalmente o problema só é para o cliente visualizar.
