Analyzing the content of a ticket with AI

I would like to inquire about the AI features recently launched by Atlassian and their capability to analyze the content of a ticket. When I mention analyzing the content of a ticket, I am referring to the text contained within it.

Currently, we have implemented an automation that detects certain keywords in the ticket title and assigns information as well as a component to the ticket. However, this method lacks precision, and I would like to change the approach. I would like to be able to instruct the AI by providing it with the entire ticket history, and then have the AI analyze the text of the ticket and communicate with Jira automation to assign actions and redirect the ticket.
Do you know if it is possible to do this?
