We have a multiple organizations created. An organization1 is being selected by default even after customer is added to organization2. Customer is not added in multiple organization groups but after creating a ticket from help desk, automatically customer been added to the organization1. Is it a bug or any other, suggest me a solution. Facing a very big issue with this right now.
