Am I able to configure the Requests dropdown in the Portal?

Hi Community, 

I want to configure the dropdown on the Request in my Service Desk portal.

BC Invest and All allows any customer to view all submitted tickets and I do not want that.

How do I remove these two views?

 

Additionally, is there a way to allow a select few to see a particular set of tickets?

e.g. HR employees to only see HR tickets?
