I am looking for a way to send notifications from Jira Service Management (JSM) to Slack without using Webhooks, as I’ve heard Webhooks might be deprecated in the future. Are there any recommended methods or integrations that can achieve this? Any insights or advice on alternative approaches would be greatly appreciated!
