I've been unable to google a concise answer to this question. I keep finding statements like, "If you're a blah blah blah Admin, you can invite users to . . ."
What I'm trying to ascertain is if it's possible to allow a portal-only user to send invitations for portal-only users (without making them real users or giving them admin rights to anything).
Another way of looking at the same question is, "What is the absolute minimum user permission configuration necessary to allow someone to send portal-only user invitations?"
