Hi- User has her Jira name changed on the account. Can she track her old Jira Integration tickets with the new Jira account? Thank you for the help!!

For this purpose, the administrator can reassign all the tickets using the Bulk Update functionality from the previous account to the new account. Similarly, the ones where the user is a reporter can also be updated. The ones where an issue was commented using the previous account cannot be realigned to the new account.
Alternatively, you can check with Atlassian as well to align both accounts.
