I haven't used the admin side of Jira service desk since it moved to Jira management and I need to add some new portal users.
I used to go to the Admin section, select the service desk and grant access to the users from there and set the password. However, I cant seem to find this option now.
Can someone please let me know how to do this?
The user is for portal access only and I have added them as an organisation against the project and they are visible in the customer section.
