Adding Fields and Rearranging Sidebar in Issues

Hi all,

I would like to add the Date Created, Date Updated and Date Resolved in the sidebar to my issues. Additionally, I'd like to rearrange the order that fields are being displayed on the sidebar, such as pushing "Severity Level" up higher and removing the "Customer Request Type" all together. I have been reading through the documentation, but it seems the documentation I'm reading may be for a different version. I have provided a screenshot for how our issues look currently.
