I currently have a team managed service project and I want to add Epics or Parent tickets to my project so that I can create a separate Kanban board feeding tickets through from my service desk project. Create Epics and show them in a roadmap on my board. Please can you advise how to create a Epic in my Team Managed Service Desk project
