We are using the JIRA Service Management Cloud instance (Standard). We have created a customer portal for end users to log issues where they will input the severity of the issue. Is it possible to showcase short description of the Severity as well for the users to clearly identify the impact e.g. as shown below on Atlassian Support portal. I have tried creating a custom field however there is no option for description of the values.
