Adding Customer Detail Field To Details Section of Issue

I am trying to display a customer details record I created (see attached) in the issue view of a Request Type. When I follow the steps in this article, I don't see the field available to choose.

Hi MJ

Not sure of your set up but make sure the field is in the following:

• available to the project in the settings
• in the relevant screen and screen scheme

Feel free to attach more screenshots and we can try solve this.
