Add custom email to raise a request

Hello. I was trying to add a custom email account but doesn't work for me, I raised a ticket from the email account but never show up in my Queue

Hi @Ruben Lopez Z_ , could you check the email log to see if there is an error log when processing.

The connection is successful. but I don't receive the emails like a ticket in my queue.
