Add a com.atlassian.servicedesk:sd-request-participants custom field

We want to create a request type in service desk to have user facing com.atlassian.servicedesk:sd-request-participants custom field. How can we create it ?

It would be helpful if you can give more insights about your requirement?

I assume that you already know and use standard User pickers, and those are not suited, no?
